Information must have the "Design Number / Item Number", If Order Placed already then, Order Number etc.

What happens after I’ve made payment for my order?

After making payment for your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been fulfilled/shipped, you will receive another e-mail which will include the carrier/courier dispatch information.

What should I do If my Payment Screen Fails / Stuck / Does not Open?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, Including all mandatory account/card details, billing addresses, passwords(if any). If your payment fails, please feel free to contact us at We will help you with further action. If the Payment screen is Stuck after you have completed the payment, Let us know and we can help you confirming the current status of the payment. If your account is debited after a payment failure, amount will be credited to your bank account within 7-10 business days after a confirmation from bank is received. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, You may click "Order Tracking" in the Main Menu and can track the Order Status. Once the order is Shipped, You will receive a Shipment Tracking Number, which can also be traced in our website by clicking "Track your Shipment".
